Reimbursement and Return
Due to the nature or our services, the Return and Reimbursement Terms are as following:
After the 1st minute of the commence of any booked event, there will be NO reimbursement.
No reimbursement neither any Cancelation is possible of any booked event . Only in case of emergency change of date and time is possible.
There will be no cancelation if you have already participated in previous session of the specific event (seminar, training, service).
We cooperate with different specialized suppliers around the world for each product.
We guarantee delivery of all ordered product, but we can not guarantee the exact delivery time.
Delivery time is determined by different factors, including manufacture and nature of the product, the shipping class choices, the shipping method, the shipping INCOTERM, delays at the customs, the dispatching and the destination country.
The dispatch time of the ordered items, varies from supplier to supplier and their level of stock. It can be from one week to twelve weeks.
But ALL PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT the delays.
To the degree possible all shipments have a tracking code when dispatched .
In most of the case the shipping cost includes delivery to door, BUT DOES NOT INCLUDE and customs fees or importation duties which are obligation of the customer to pay locally if requested.
The products are shipped in good and functional conditions. We do not have any responsibility if the goods arrived defective due to shipping or mishandling at the customs neither we are responsible if are lost during shipping, or hold at the customs.
THERE IS NO RETURN AND NO REIMBURSEMENT POLICY OF ANY OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD FROM OUR WEBSITE OR OUR PARTNERS.
