Mission
“Guiding people back to themselves.”
Through The Five Dimensions of Healing (The N5Ds Program), I train practitioners, first aid workers, and healers to hold space for transformation — weaving the wisdom of many traditions into one clear, resistance-free path toward wholeness.
In trauma work, my role is to teach people and help them understand how trauma forms, and to guide them toward truly healing — equipping them with actionable steps and the tools to make it happen.
I believe trauma is not a life sentence, but a language the body and mind use to ask for attention. My work is to teach people that language — to understand how it forms, how it hides inside illness, and how it can finally be released, gently and without re-wounding.
“From surviving to truly healing.”
I advise, guide, educate, and train people to:
Understand trauma as a root cause, not just a symptom
Recognize how trauma shows up in the body, not only the mind
Reclaim their nervous system, their story, and their sense of safety
Heal through methods that honor both science and the deeper human need for meaning
Build daily practices that sustain healing long after the work is done
Become healers themselves — multiplying compassion far beyond what I alone could reach

What do I do?
What do I do?
I am a truth-seeker and researcher in the field of mind therapy, working as a consultant and trainer. My path into this work began with years of study across multiple scientific disciplines and schools — a search that started, quite personally, as a quest for my own answers.
That search became a lasting professional commitment. I have devoted myself to understanding trauma: how it forms, how it manifests, how it can be addressed, and how deeply it intersects with physical and mental illness. This focus has shaped the entirety of my research and practice.
Drawing on years of direct practice, hands-on experimentation, and continuous study, I developed my own healing framework: The Five Dimensions of Healing, also known as The N5Ds Program. It represents the distillation of everything I have learned — integrating advanced techniques from multiple established methodologies into a single, cohesive approach designed or meaningful, lasting results with minimal resistance in the healing process.
The tools within this program are built to give practitioners a genuine, working understanding of trauma — equipping them not just to recognize it, but to address it at its root.
